Captioning's Educational Benefits

Over at About.com, Jamie has just published a new article about the educational benefits of captioning for hearing children learning how to read and adults learning English as a Second Language. Jamie wrote this article in the hope that the information will help us to get the education and ESL communities to support HR 3101. In the past, this argument helped to win support for captioning on television, and on home video. It should work for Internet captioning also.
