Since Close Captions sometime not always on time.<br /><br />About Little Rascals video (VHS) tape is still over by dust and we dont always watch these movie when we were kids and I purchased video for my children. Now they are nearly adulthood by them. I realized I missed almost whole from 1950 - 1980.
